All bookings are subject to availability, service area coverage, and verification.
2. User Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Booking and Payment Terms

- Prices are based on distance, time, vehicle type, and any add-on services.
- A base fare or minimum fee may apply.

If a booking is canceled with short notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

- Rides: At least 2 hours before scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation fee
- Parcels/Products: At least 4 hours before scheduled pickup
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. STL Transit Group reserves the right to deny refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
- Be ready at the agreed time
- Ensure that parcels or freight comply with local laws (no illegal or hazardous items)
- Treat drivers and staff respectfully
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information or failure to comply with these responsibilities.
6. Service Limitations
While we strive for punctuality and quality service, STL Transit Group is not liable for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances
- Loss or damage to items not properly packaged or labeled
- Consequential damages or missed appointments
Maximum liability for parcel loss or damage is limited to the declared value or $100, whichever is lower, unless a higher value is declared and additional insurance is purchased.

You may not use our site or services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Send illegal or prohibited items
- Exploit or interfere with our systems
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account or services.
